Composition:
Septavon
conc. contains 15% cetrimide and 1.5%
chlorhexidine digluconate in an aqueous solution.
Properties& applications:
Septavon conc. is a
powerful effective disinfectant due to the presence of
the quaternary ammonium salt cetrimide and chlorhexidine
digluconate. Septavon conc. is often used for personal
hygiene as well as for disinfection of instruments and
surfaces in e.g. hospitals, clinics, private households,
etc. Septavon conc. is active against common bacteria,
fungi, and algae.
Direction for use:
Septavon conc. solution
should be diluted 0.1-1% in water or alcohol (70%)
before use.

Solubility: It is miscible with water or lower
alcohols.
Compatibility:
Septavon conc. must not
be mixed with anionic soaps/detergents because the
activity will be reduced.
